Product Description

At present, most steel plants in the world generally adopt Ladle refining, to reduce gas inclusion and make molten steel evenly, in order to realize high yield, high quality and low cost steel- making. So Calcium Aluminate slag is designed and manufactured to meet the above requirement and take a very important role in steel refining. 

Sintered calcium aluminate slag which is also named sintered synthetic flux,synthetic slag,this material has good performance of desulphurization ,deoxygenation  and reducing impurities for refining liquid steel,is widely used in most steel plants. It applies to LF,SKF,VHP and other refining facility.
